Posting videos and livestreaming

We hereby grant permission to individuals and organizations, the right to post videos and livestream using footage from the game for showcase, commentary, analysis and/or other video content, regardless of for-profit or non-profit.
Please include the link to our game below in the summary/description when posting/livestreaming.

Please use the following official artwork for your personal needs such as stream/video thumbnail, cover, for reference or similar uses. You may find official Presskit items here.

Illustrations, Fan-art

We hereby grant permission to individuals the rights to distribute the derivative works on Twitter, video sites, conventions and digital distribution websites, etc., as long as the activities are within the following guidelines:

• Make sure that it is clear that your art is fan-made and not official artwork.

• Please refrain from using official assets, official art, or the logo in fan-art work.

Game Mods/Modification

We allow modification or distribution of modified our games only through the official Steam Workshop or through contacting us.

Fan-made Merch, Fan-made Product Production

If you are an individual that wants to sell your fan works, please follow these guidelines:

• Please play the game before you sell any merchandise.

• Refrain from making items that are similar to official items offered by us (Tsundere Studio).

• Make sure that it is clear that your merchandise is unofficial.

• Please refrain from using official assets, official art, or the logo in fan-art work.

• Only produce in a limited quantity and not according to demand. We ask that you do not mass-produce anything you plan to sell.

• Only sell directly to consumers. You may not sell your merchandise through large stores such as Amazon, Redbubble, or Society6.

• You may make or sell fan works for non-commercial reasons, like charity.
